We are all on a WhatsApp chat together! This chat keeps everyone connected and supported, allowing Rose tenants to share important updates about the building as well as fun local events and activities. It’s a great way to stay informed, engaged, and connected with your neighbors.

Ce chat permet à chacun de rester connecté et de se soutenir, en permettant aux locataires de Rose de partager des mises à jour importantes concernant l'immeuble ainsi que des événements et des activités locales amusantes. C'est un excellent moyen de rester informé, engagé et connecté avec vos voisins.
Community Meetups
We are excited to host two community meetups (Spring/Winter) each year, providing us all with the opportunity to connect and engage in person. These gatherings are a great chance to build relationships, share ideas, and strengthen our sense of community beyond the digital space. We look forward to seeing everyone there and enjoying some quality time together!
Nous sommes ravis d'organiser deux rencontres communautaires (printemps/hiver) chaque année, ce qui nous donne l'occasion de nous connecter et de nous engager en personne. We are proud to be a pet-friendly building and happy to welcome your furry companions! Each lease permits one pet. Additional animals are strictly prohibited or must be approved by landlord and community.
To ensure everyone's safety and comfort, all pets must be kept leashed while in common areas.Additionally, tenants are responsible for any damages and dirt caused by their pets.
As a courtesy, we also encourage you to check in with your neighbors about any potential noise concerns, especially with new pets, to keep our community comfortable for everyone. -
Lease can be broken without financial penalty with at least 3 months written notice.
You are responsible to find new tenants.
Potential tenants have to be vetted or interviewed by a member of the community.
Subletting open to conversation depending on each individual situation.

Background check is required and $200 administration fee will be charged. The person would also have to be interviewed by a member of the community.
