Eric Lochtefeld is a man of many talents and roles. He is an event producer, investor, entrepreneur, real estate syndicator, personal development coach, friend, husband, and boss. Through his diverse endeavors, he has touched thousands of lives. “I think I'm a powerful manifester, which is just another way of saying a dreamer”, Eric says. Since his childhood in Menlo Park, California, he has turned his dreams into reality, beginning with his early success in sports. “This dreaming thing works”, he realized, and he has never stopped. Now, he finds joy in inspiring others to dream as well.

Eric's entrepreneurial spirit blossomed at the age of 24 when he joined the team that started the Vans Warped Tour, one of the world's most important music festivals. From there, he grew as an event producer and eventually began investing in event venues. His dual expertise in event production and real estate investment has defined his professional life. He has served brands such as Google and Facebook, and met presidents and celebrities, all while building significant wealth.

As a syndicator, he orchestrates investments from multiple backers to acquire and enhance real estate properties. The Waterfalling Estate, a stunning property on a cliff with nine and a half oceanfront acres, epitomizes his vision. Under Eric's management, the Waterfalling Estate has been transformed into a luxurious short-term rental and event venue. The property features a private 85-foot waterfall, a nearly 10,000-square-foot house with six rooms, a 9-hole golf course, an Olympic-sized infinity pool with high dives and a two-story slide, a movie theater, tennis courts, pickleball lines, and a gym. “I think of it as an adult playground,” Eric says.

“When I inspire people, that is my joy. I get lit up on the inside. And then also when I get inspired myself I experience joy. For me, joy is a different thing than momentary happiness. It's something that lights up my soul,” he reflects.
